Jason Dickey needs money to pay for legal representation, and he desperately needs your help.

After consulting with attorneys, it appears Jason has grounds for both an appeal and post conviction relief. But, the legal system is just like the rest of the world - it takes money to make things go. The problem is that Jason is destitute. Jason spent every last penny he had on his trial.

Jason has no money to pay for an appeal or post conviction relief. Attorneys will not work for free. It would be shameful for Jason to spend the next 16 years in prison simply because Jason is too poor to pay for legal representation.

GrassRoots GunRights started a Legal Defense Fund to protect our gun rights. This war against self defense and the CWP program is exactly why the Legal Defense Fund exists.
